• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent; with at least 1 year working experience in Sales & Marketing.
• The Key Account Officer ensures profitable operation of the company in his/her assigned territory via efficient and effective trade penetration plans, excellent productivity ratio to account calls on a daily, weekly, and monthly set objectives.
• Achieve assigned Key Performance deliverables according to set time frames and expectations and decisions for the company.
• Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.
• Keeping in contract with the client at all stages of the campaign.

We are currently searching for a sales & marketing officer that will focus on the sales of services and products primarily electronic hardware and software.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain leads and sales using a variety of sources, marketing tools and techniques which include but are not limited to: doing cold calls, sending mailshots, social network marketing, networking events, draft proposal letters, presentation meetings, etc.
• Identifies client needs and offer aligned products and services
• Coordinates with the affiliate companies and suppliers for product quotations and pricing
• Conducts market study to determine the  needs of the clients
• Handle corporate accounts of existing clients to ensure their needs are met and the issues and concerns of clients are attended to timely and efficiently
• Must be capable of drafting marketing plans (traditional and digital) and knows how to implement them effectively
• Will be doing market research on new and existing products in the market and do an analysis on which products are best
• Establish new partnerships with potential strategic partners, suppliers, distributors and resellers

 

Qualifications:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.

·         With at least 2 years experience in corporate sales. Experience

·         Must be experienced with both traditional and digital marketing techniques and strategies and knows how to properly implement them to translate into sales

·         Must be very tech savvy and exposed to technology both hardware and software

·         Willing to travel often

·         With excellent selling and negotiation skills

·         With good communication skills - verbal and written

·         Can start ASAP 

 

Salary According to Skills and Experience Plus Commission

• Generates Sales Leads whilst ensuring that these are viable prospects by using all available means, and strategies and by following guidelines and procedures established in the operating manual.
• Coordinates and conducts Sales Calls on mutually-agreed dates and times with Key Decision Makers of Prospects.
• Sends Official Sales Proposals to Prospects within determined timeframes and executes sound strategies to obtain confirmation of such, enabling the achievement of set sales / revenue targets.
• Performs other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Summary

Play a key role in selling Microgenesis Business Systems products and services to capture the needs of MBS market to meet the target set by the management.

II. Essential Job Function

• Prospect and qualify leads to properly position MBS products to ensure that customer’s needs are appropriately serve.
• Conduct regular visits to explore opportunities, establish, maintain and develop relationship with the customer.
• To sell solution & volume products to small and medium business (MBS) market to increase sales revenue and profit.
• Build and manage business pipeline to ensure customer’s business continuity to hit goals for sales revenue and gross profit contribution
• Manage customer’s expectations as best value for support such as competitive price, delivery, and meet customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with stakeholders (Accounting, Purchasing, TSC Manager, TSC Coordinator, Technical Engineers, HR, BDM, Logistics & Assembly) to ensure smooth working relationship and meet the customer’s satisfaction
• Prepare and review sales funnel reports in preparation for sales meeting.
• Attend trainings and seminars to develop the skill set needed
• Help & assist marketing events of MBS.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field 
Required language(s): English, Filipino 
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
Required Skill(s): Can work with less supervision, Goal oriented, Values integrity and credibility.
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent 
Excellent communication and negotiation skills is an advantage
