Internal Business Process, Marketing and eCommerce Project Initiative
Responsible to design new IT solutions, modify, enhance or adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements, all with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity based on the requirements provided by Business.
Help Account Manager on the following:
* examine existing IT systems and business models;
* analyse systems requirements;
* implement, configure and test feasible solutions.
The Project Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
Plan the project
•Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
•Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
•Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
•Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities •Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
•Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion Implement the project
• Execute the project according to the project plan
• Develop forms and records to document project activities
• Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
•Establish a communication schedule to update account managers/associate including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
•Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards Evaluate the project
•Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality •Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase

General Overview of the work:
Supports the project to manage and lead a cross-functional tram within and outside the group
Responsible for making day to day decisions regarding business process and systems functionality as it relates to the current project
Responsible for the end-to-end deliver of key projects that supports the team
Management of projects with a clear set of deliverables, and approved budget, assigned resources and agreed timeframe. Projects could be either stand alone or part of a larger project / program
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
Conducts regular reporting of the status of the key performance indicators for programs / projects and will escalate any issues as appropriate
Leads coordination meetings with different support team within and outside the project to setup all requirements needed for the project
Develops requirements that accurately reflect the capabilities and strategic direction of the system and the needs of the business.
