Job Summary


Play a key role in selling Microgenesis Business Systems products and services to capture the needs of MBS market to meet the target set by the management.


II. Essential Job Function

  • Prospect and qualify leads to properly position MBS products to ensure that customer’s needs are appropriately serve.
  • Conduct regular visits to explore opportunities, establish, maintain and develop relationship with the customer.
  • To sell solution & volume products to small and medium business (MBS) market to increase sales revenue and profit.
  • Build and manage business pipeline to ensure customer’s business continuity to hit goals for sales revenue and gross profit contribution
  • Manage customer’s expectations as best value for support such as competitive price, delivery, and meet customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (Accounting, Purchasing, TSC Manager, TSC Coordinator, Technical Engineers, HR, BDM, Logistics & Assembly) to ensure smooth working relationship and meet the customer’s satisfaction
  • Prepare and review sales funnel reports in preparation for sales meeting.
  • Attend trainings and seminars to develop the skill set needed
  • Help & assist marketing events of MBS.
