Job description:

• Sound exposure in project management and the following knowledge areas: 

• Vendor Management

• Contracts Management

• Stakeholder Management

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects and work on a fast-paced environment

• With strong business acumen; knowledgeable in requirements gathering

• PMP Certification a plus;

• Business PM exposure 

• Good grasp of project management concepts, principles and methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects

• Sound exposure as a business PM, with experience in SDLC

General Overview of the work:

• Supports the project to manage and lead a cross-functional tram within and outside the group

• Responsible for making day to day decisions regarding business process and systems functionality as it relates to the current project

• Responsible for the end-to-end deliver of key projects that supports the team

• Management of projects with a clear set of deliverables, and approved budget, assigned resources and agreed timeframe. Projects could be either stand alone or part of a larger project / program

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities

• Conducts regular reporting of the status of the key performance indicators for programs / projects and will escalate any issues as appropriate

• Leads coordination meetings with different support team within and outside the project to setup all requirements needed for the project

• Develops requirements that accurately reflect the capabilities and strategic direction of the system and the needs of the business.
