JOB OBJECTIVE

To assist in the resolution of bugs/errors identified in the platform. To work directly with Product and QA departments in the testing of new features and builds.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Utilize a proprietary software to perform back end testing of reported issues.

• Testing of new product builds as both a front end and back end user.

• Document system bugs and glitches.

• Communicate directly with QA supervisor and Product Team.
