Engineer - SoftwareJob description:
Mastery of declarative development such as creation of fields and objects, security updates such as profiles and permission sets, and business logic such as workflow rules, process builder, and validation rules
Mastery of programmatic development including Apex, Visualforce, and creating and scheduling batch jobs
Proven experience in developing lightning components
Understanding of integration with SOAP and REST APIs and when to use each
Working understanding of agile principles and scrum methodology
Familiarity with Salesforce continuous integration and leveraging automated release management tools such as AutoRabit, ANT, or Jenkins.
Experience developing in the Service Cloud with mastery of cases, knowledge management, entitlement management, case assignment rules, and the service cloud
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce Certifications such as : Certified Admin, Advanced Admin, Developer, Advanced Developer, Service Cloud Consultant
- Provide Service Delivery consultation and recommendations. Research & develop best in class service solutions. Attend training courses, cross-team knowledge sharing session and participate in HR Service Cloud user groups
- Design, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions
- Provide end-user support & administration: process access requests, resolve access issues, role, queue assignments, email notifications, plug-ins, reporting and dashboards. Assist with security review audits and update business SLAs.
- Develop training materials and deliver training to the service centers and other stakeholders.
- Review and understand Salesforce release management and make recommendations to implement new solutions.
- Participate in the Salesforce Operating & Governance Committee meetings: help prioritize future work, share information, collaborate and provide thought leadership.
- Communicate daily with stakeholders globally regarding business and technical issues internally and externally to The Coca-Cola Company.
- Review complex business processes, make recommendations to solve and implement solutions across all HR processes globally. Analyze employee and manager usability to make enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
- Make decisions on technical platform enhancements that may impact business service delivery or the employee/manager experience.
- Make decisions on new Salesforce functionality to implement. Which may include expanding vendor relationships, integration partners, or adding a new vendor.
- Partner with GBS HR to understand current process and technology and identify areas of opportunity. Develop innovative solutions to improve internal operations, employees and manager experiences.
- Support special projects as required.
