All information provided by user will remain active on JobsProbe's database for a predetermined period unless you choose to delete it. You shall agree that you are solely responsible for the information that you provide on the website and are aware of the consequences that may arise from its usage. You understand and agree that this information will be accessible to JobsProbe and to prospective employers.
To prevent fraud, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account name and password. You are also entirely responsible for all activities made by your account name and password. You shall agree that all information that you provide in your account are true, accurate, current and complete. If any kind of suspicious activity is monitored, JobsProbe has the right to suspend or permanently delete your account.

JobsProbe.com website, content and all right, title and interest in and to JobsProbe.om website and content are the exclusive property of JobsProbe.com or its licensors. All assets on this site, including text, images, graphics and other materials are protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. All assets are for personal use only and may not be sold, redistributed or used for any commercial purpose without the prior consent of the owner.

The employer assures that any materials provided by the employer for use in JobsProbe.com will not violate any laws or third-party proprietary rights. Employers understand that they are solely responsible for the materials provided on JobsProbe.com. JobsProbe has the right to remove materials that does not comply with these terms.
You understand and acknowledge that all data, including account information, saved resumes and materials, will permanently be deleted from JobsProbe database once you cancel or terminate your employer account.
JobsProbe does not guarantee the effectiveness of the Website in meeting the requirements of the job seekers. JobsProbe does not have control over the employment decisions of the companies and the users. JobsProbe also makes no promise in the continued availability of all the jobs posted on the website. JobsProbe does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless JobsProbe, its owner, license, affiliates and their respective employees from any claim or demand including reasonable attorney's fees made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of this terms of service and privacy policy or your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights of a third party.
Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted by the internal substantive laws of the Philippines. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusive in the Philippines. If you access JobsProbe outside of the Philippines, please do so at your own risk.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use JobsProbe after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using JobsProbe.
