-The HR Manager reports directly to the Executive
Vice- President and CEO; The HR Manager is responsible for manpower acquisition
and retention, training and development, employee relations, employee
separation, performance management system, employee attendance and punctuality,
records management, organizational development, change management, compensation
and benefits.
-The HR Manager should provide programs for the
employees to enhance morale and job satisfaction. Limit turnover and help the organization
to improve productivity to deliver business results.
-The
entire process of RECRUITMENT is monitored by the Human Resource
Manager. It consists of job posting, hiring, conducting recruitment exams (if
any) and interviewing. Other functions of a Human Resource Manager are to
maintain excellent professional relations with the educational institutions and
recruitment agencies
-The Human Resource Manager also looks after the
performance management systems of the company. The objective is to reward and
retain good performers and help under performers improve their skills and
knowledge to perform better.
-The HR Manager is
responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a compensation and
benefits program that helps motivate, reward and retain employees.
Others:
1. Directs, guides and manages the overall
provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire
company particularly in major areas such as Improvement Systems, Organizational
Development, Employment and Compliance to regulatory concerns, Policy
development and Documentation; Employee Relations; Company-wide committee
facilitation; Company employee and community communication, Employee safety,
welfare, wellness and health; Social accountability and responsibility;
Employee services and counseling.
2. Initiates and manages strategic projects design
to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function, people risk,
retention strategy and succession planning.
3. Motivates HR Team to ensure intellectual
capacity is optimized and business efficiency is ensured.
4. Reports to the Executive Vice- President and
serves on the executive management team.
5. Review of
existing Company and Regulations and Handbook.
6. Provides HR Scorecards and Department Plans and
Programs
